Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to support our global SAP implementation rollout. This part-time contract role (initially 6 months) may extend as the project evolves. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and end-user adoption across complex SAP transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute the change management and training strategy for SAP rollout projects.
- Develop and implement OCM plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks .
- Conduct training needs analysis and design role-based training programs aligned with SAP modules.
- Create, curate, and manage training materials, e-learning content, and job aids .
- Collaborate with functional leads and SMEs to ensure effective knowledge transfer .
- Perform change impact assessments and define mitigation plans.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and manage global training rollouts.
- Track adoption readiness and monitor post-go-live user feedback .
- Partner with PMO and HR teams to align change initiatives with organizational transformation goals.
Requirements :
12–20 years of total experience, with at least 8 years in SAP OCM and training leadership roles.Proven success in end-to-end change and training programs for large-scale SAP rollouts ( S / 4HANA preferred ).Strong understanding of SAP functional areas and integration points .Expertise in organizational communication, stakeholder management, and user adoption .Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience working in remote, cross-functional global environments .Familiarity with digital adoption tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, uPerform ) is a plus.Skills & Tools :
