Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced L2 Enterprise Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Cisco Routing & Switching, Software Defined Access (SDA), Wireless Solutions, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and DNA Center. This role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise-level network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform L2-level troubleshooting and support for enterprise network issues.
Manage and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Software Defined Access (SDA) and DNA Center solutions.
Support and manage enterprise Wireless LAN infrastructure.
Implement and maintain Cisco ISE for network access control and security.
Monitor network performance and proactively resolve potential issues.
Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and project Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and change logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst / Nexus series).

Proven experience with SDA, DNA Center, and Wireless LAN controllers.

Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE for authentication and policy enforcement.

Understanding of network protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLAN, STP, etc.)

Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

CCNA / CCNP (Enterprise) certification preferred.
