SAP Analyst (Urgent)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments, such as finance, supply chain, sales, and HR, to provide effective SAP solutions and support day-to-day operations.

• Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions across modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HR, and SAP BW.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring SAP solutions align with business processes.
• Configure and maintain SAP modules, adjusting system parameters to optimize processes based on business needs.
• Provide first-line support for end-users, troubleshooting issues related to SAP applications.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues in SAP modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers, BASIS administrators) to resolve system errors or inefficiencies.
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements to SAP processes, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process automation and streamlining through SAP.
• Conduct system and process audits to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Create training materials, user guides, and documentation to support end-users and ensure the successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• Deliver training sessions to business users, helping them maximize their use of SAP systems.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP tools like SAP BusinessObjects or SAP BW.
• Analyze SAP data to provide business insights and support decision-making processes.
• Support the integration of SAP data with external systems for reporting purposes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and IT teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Manage SAP projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support company-wide SAP initiatives and projects.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
• Perform testing (unit testing, regression testing) to ensure new system versions do not disrupt ongoing business operations.
• Support SAP system enhancements, ensuring that all updates are implemented without impacting day-to-day business.
