Sales Manager – Luxury Sales
Key Responsibilities :
Actively prospect, acquire, and close new client deals in the real estate sector.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and channel partners.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to achieve successful closures.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, project offerings, and competitor activities.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a track record of successful closures.
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
