GrowExx - Technical Lead - Software Quality Assurance

Description :

• Responsible to Analyse System Requirements end to end to develop Test Automation Strategies for the application
• Analyse User Journeys, Mind maps & Process Flows and create Test automation and manual Framework using Protractor / Katalon / Cucumber / Selenium to meet the required Quality and NFR for a given system.
• Plan and specify the behaviour driven testing required for new and updated features (stories) to the satisfaction of the teams product owner
• Hands on with Automation Scripts based on the defined Quality requirements and Testing Parameters for a given System
• Review Test cases / Test scripts written by peers / team members.
• Guide team members in maintaining standards of Test Scripts
• Estimate all QA related tasks and keep track of estimated vs actual.
• Produce automated Quality Reports demonstrating all the required Quality Metrics for a given system
• Perform exploratory testing asking the what if questions and applying this to explore requirements, software, architecture etc.
• Define DEBUG structure to identify causes for any issues and develop speedier resolution
• Define User Acceptance Criteria, ideally using Gherkin scripts
• Become Quality Evangelist in the organization and advocate best practices to develop high quality software.
• Provide HR and Management with any relevant information to help improve organization culture & performance
• Should have hands-on experience or familiarity with using AI-based tools and techniques for software testing.
