Tax1099 is Zenwork’s e-file platform used by businesses and accounting firms to create, deliver, and e-file 1099 and other IRS information returns. Demand peaks November–January ahead of January 31 deadlines; trust and accuracy drive decisions.
Role Summary
Own and execute all outbound digital pipeline for Tax1099 as an individual contributor —cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted lists, and micro-ABM plays—to generate qualified meetings, sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and pipeline.
Partners with : Product Marketing, Sales (AEs), RevOps, Partnerships
Responsibilities
- Define ICP; build, segment, and enrich target lists; maintain suppressions and list hygiene
- Craft compliant cold email + LinkedIn outreach; run multi-step sequences and structured tests
- Launch agile programs (net-new, re-engage, partner / event follow-ups) with clear CTAs
- Track funnel performance end-to-end; publish weekly insights and iterate
- Coordinate tight AE handoffs, meeting prep, and feedback loops
Qualifications
4-8 years in B2B demand gen / growth with hands-on cold email + LinkedIn executionProven track record of self-sourced SQLs and pipeline (no BDR / SDR support)Strong copywriting, deliverability knowledge, and data hygiene disciplineComfortable with HubSpot / Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo / Outreach, and enrichment toolsSuccess Metrics (overview)
