Job descriptionDimension India Networks (P) Ltd is looking for Assistant Manager - Project Delivery to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey The Assistant Manager - Project Delivery is responsible for supporting the efficient and successful delivery of projects within the organization This role involves assisting in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget The Assistant Manager collaborates with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to drive project success Key Responsibilities : Project Planning : Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables Contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies Execution and Monitoring : Support project managers in overseeing project execution to ensure adherence to project plans Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing issues that may impact timelines or deliverables Assist in resource management and allocation to optimize team efficiency Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders Address stakeholder concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Foster a collaborative and positive team environment Support the development of a high-performance project delivery team Quality Assurance : Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements Budget Management : Support the monitoring and control of project budgets Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource utilization Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards Post-Implementation Review : Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement Contribute to the development of best practices for future projects
