Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, foster relationships for repeat business, and handle sales processes. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, liaising with clients to understand needs, coordinating with production for order fulfillment, and ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management and account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and present them effectively
• Knowledge of the textiles industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
