The Asst Manager must have very good knowledge in all foundry processes and experience in Sinto moulding methods,

Key Responsibilities :

• Overall Incharge for Sinto FBOV Green Sand Moulding line
• Material and Production planning for Sinto Line FBOV
• Has to Coordinate with Planning, Core Shop & Melting departments and ensure OEE of the line at Optimum levels.
• Productivity and Cost control in Sinto Line
• Ensuring adherence of process parameters so as to ensure Line rejection at 3%
• Coordinating with maintenance department for effective functioning of equipment to reduce down time
• Root cause analysis and trouble shooting of foundry problems
• Monitoring performance of SINTO Line employees
• Maintaining quality records
• Ensuring of safety & 5S Practices
• Ensuring proper handling of patterns and core boxes
• Improve productivity by implementing TPM and TQM concepts.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen activities
• Directs and monitors department executives to accomplish goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Hires, trains, develops and evaluates team members.
• Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
