Salesforce Developer with QA & Code Review Focus

Brisbane CBD (Hybrid 60% In-Office)
Contract role, immediate start to 30th June 2026
$900-$1100 per day inclusive, dependent on level of experience

Are you a highly skilled Salesforce Developer passionate about code quality, security, and digital service transformation? Our client has a major program focused on digital transformation. As a key member of the delivery team, you will be instrumental in bridging development, quality assurance, and DevOps practices.

We're looking for a talented individual to drive hands-on development, ensure solution robustness through rigorous Code Review , and foster strong collaboration with the QA team. This is a unique opportunity to shape public-facing digital services on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.

ROLE :

Hands-on Development : Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud using clean, efficient Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omni Studio, and robust API integrations (RESTful).

Code Quality Leader : Lead and conduct thorough Code Reviews for custom vendor solutions, enforce coding standards, and provide detailed remediation reports to uphold security and quality.

QA Collaboration : Partner closely with the QA team, actively supporting functional and regression testing, ensuring sufficient test coverage, and driving defect resolution.

DevOps & CI / CD : Contribute to and oversee robust CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices using modern tools like Bitbucket, Copado, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.

Agile Delivery : Participate actively in all agile ceremonies, contributing to technical documentation and backlog grooming using Jira.

YOU :

Proven delivery experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Digital Experience Sites / Portals), including configuration and styling.

Strong expertise in Advanced Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable), LWC, and Omni Studio development.

Demonstrated experience conducting code reviews for quality and security, combined with a history of collaborating with QA on test strategies and defect management.

Proficient in version control, automated testing, and CI / CD pipelines (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, or Copado).

Certified Platform Developer I & II and Platform App Builder.

Desirable Experience : Experience with SSO / OAuth Identity Management, delivery of digital forms / portals in a regulatory / high-compliance environment, and an understanding of public sector delivery models.
