Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging the power of Salesforce Data Cloud to optimize our marketing strategies, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Salesforce Data Cloud implementation meets our business objectives and delivers actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data onboarding, segmentation, audience creation, and activation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to drive marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, personalization efforts, and overall business strategies.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to maximize ROI and achieve business KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features in Salesforce Data Cloud to continuously enhance our capabilities and drive innovation.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce Data Cloud usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
