We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Resource with strong expertise in CRM integration and advanced-level experience with Azure Data Factory to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CRM system architecture, cloud

integration tools, and data flow management, with a preference for experience in the Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development & Customization :
• Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom code to enhance CRM functionalities.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions in Dynamics CRM.
