Guide users with simple, clear, and step-by-step troubleshooting instructions

Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to identify and resolve hardware or connectivity issues

Test alternative methods and solutions until the issue is resolved

Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the IT ticketing system

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate IT support level

Ensure high levels of user satisfaction by minimizing downtime and providing effective support
