Location : Noida / Pune

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting blockchain-based solutions and smart contracts, with a focus on secure, scalable, and efficient distributed ledger technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy blockchain applications and smart contracts using platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana.
Develop and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) and integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality code standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize blockchain network performance.
Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, backend developers, and UI / UX teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4 - 8 years of professional experience in blockchain development.

Strong experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana, or others.

Hands-on experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, Chaincode).

Experience with DApp development, Web3.js, or other blockchain SDKs.

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, or Java.

Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledger technology.

Knowledge of database management systems and API integrations.

Experience with version control tools like Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Exposure to DeFi, NFT, or blockchain security best practices.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for blockchain deployment.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines.
