Looking for a Freelance Golang Developer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ yrs. of experience.

You will report into IIT'ans / BITS grads with 10+ years of development experience + work with F500 companies (our customers).

Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q4 2025.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop scalable backend services in Golang, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
Write unit tests and maintain code quality and organization.
Work on integrations with other microservices using RESTful APIs.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Explore and deploy new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Document and maintain software functionalities.

Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (4+ years) as a Golang Developer with a strong understanding of the Golang ecosystem.

Proficiency in React.js for building interactive web applications.

Familiarity with Node.js or Python for scripting and backend development.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
