Job descriptionMeet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying needs and recommending prospects for programs through outbound calls. Closing sales over the phone by demonstrating product value and building lasting relationships with clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge. At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools, along with a self-starter mindset and strong work ethic. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred, but not required.
