Ward with 31 beds. We cover General surgery, Gynaecology and Urology.

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Health care support Worker who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive team with an ethos of continuous improvement. The post holder must be a confident decision maker, be able to work in a team and show kindness and compassion to all patients.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and have responsibility for the assessment of needs and the delivery of high-quality person-centred care. You will also work with the other health professionals within the team, patients and families to coordinate complex discharges.

The role requires you to be flexible and able to work days and nights on the

Ward to meet the needs of a 24 / 7 service.

Please note : the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata
