Experienced SAP MM HANA Support Consultant to provide functional and technical support for SAP Materials Management (MM) processes in an S / 4HANA environment.
Candidate will have strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, Master Data Management, and Integration with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and PP.
The role demands proactive issue resolution, process optimization, and continuous improvement in line with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Provide AMS support for SAP MM module in the S / 4HANA landscape.
Handle incident management, problem management, and service requests within defined SLAs.
Analyze and resolve day-to-day business process issues related to procurement, material master, inventory, and logistics.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP / BASIS) to debug issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, WM, QM) to resolve integration issues.
Support business process testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) during change requests and system upgrades.
Participate in system enhancements, patches, and upgrades within S / 4HANA.
Document system changes, create functional specifications, and provide user training materials.
Support and coordinate Master Data activities including material master, vendor master, and purchasing info records.
Assist in period-end closing activities, including stock reconciliation and goods valuation reports.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and support in SAP S / 4HANA environment.
Expertise in Procurement (P2P) processes, inventory management, and logistics execution.
In-depth knowledge of Automatic Account Determination (OBYC) and Material Valuation.
Familiarity with Batch Management, Split Valuation, and Stock Transport Orders.
Sound understanding of Integration with FI, SD, and PP modules.
Experience in handling enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and IDOCs related to MM.
Ability to work on Custom Reports and Analytical Queries in HANA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be proactive, self-motivated, and flexible to work in shifts or weekends (as per client support model).
Strong business understanding and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
