The Role : Development Lead

The Team : The OneView 360 application development team is responsible for the Mobility division's proprietary data intake platform. The OneView 360 platform is vital to Mobility business operations as it provides 24 / 7 / 365 data processing for the majority of Mobility customer facing products.

The Impact : As a development lead on the OneView 360 development team you will contribute by working on strategic initiatives in a senior team as we focus on continuously innovating and improving our platform.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with technical managers, business and source quality assurance analysts, senior architecture resources, application owners and users, and senior project stakeholders to understand and design complex technical solutions.
• Collaborate with senior architecture resources to create application architecture design.
• Direct detailed technical designs driven by thorough understanding of business problems and requirements.
• Lead teams delivering high quality solutions with a critical eye on non-functional requirements that drive our data platform.
• Work diligently in an agile methodology through supporting tools.
