We’re looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Analyst to oversee global transfer pricing documentation, ensure compliance with international tax regulations, and support the company’s strategic tax planning. The role involves managing complex intercompany pricing structures, collaborating across teams, and advising senior leadership on global tax implications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transfer Pricing Documentation
- Develop, maintain, and update transfer pricing documentation for global operations in line with OECD and local regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare local files, master files, and country-by-country reports as required by applicable laws.
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.
2. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to international transfer pricing laws and local regulations to minimize tax risk.Prepare and review benchmarking studies and financial models supporting intercompany pricing.Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and proactively adjust policies to remain compliant.3. Intercompany Agreements
Draft and review intercompany agreements, ensuring alignment with arm’s length principles.Maintain proper documentation of all intercompany transactions and pricing arrangements.4. Collaboration and Internal Support
Partner with finance, tax, and legal teams to assess risks and optimize transfer pricing strategies.Support business units in developing operationally sound and compliant pricing policies.Educate internal teams on transfer pricing processes and compliance standards.5. Audit and Dispute Resolution
Support transfer pricing audits and assist in responding to queries from tax authorities.Collaborate with external advisors to resolve disputes and defend documentation positions.6. Strategic Planning and Advisory
Advise senior management on the tax and financial implications of intercompany transactions.Develop and implement strategies to enhance tax efficiency and align with global business objectives.7. Global Transfer Pricing Strategy
Contribute to the design and execution of the company’s global transfer pricing strategy.Monitor implementation across jurisdictions to ensure consistency and compliance.Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).Minimum 7+ years of experience in transfer pricing, tax, or finance, ideally within a multinational or Big 4 environment.Deep understanding of OECD guidelines, local tax laws, and international tax treaties.Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into actionable business insights.
