Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef specializing in Indian cuisine, located in New Delhi for House of Ming, at the Taj Mahal Hotel. The Sous Chef will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining inventory, and adhering to health and safety standards. The role also involves training junior chefs, collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu planning, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly.
