Deconstruct offers Beginner-friendly, Highly Effective Yet Gentle products for those who are starting their science-backed skincare journey. Deconstruct was born to ease out the science-backed skincare journey of every beginner with sensitive skin.

Scope of Work :

Social Media Strategy & Management :

  • Own end-to-end management of the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, , and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar in alignment with the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.

Content Creation & Asset Development :

  • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, caption, and post high-quality content (reels, videos, static posts, stories) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera for content creation.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and cross-functional teams to produce impactful assets.

    • Analytics & Optimization :

  • Regularly track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
  • Optimize campaigns and content based on insights and platform algorithm trends.
  • Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.

    • Community Engagement :

  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and discussions.
  • Build and nurture an active brand community that fosters loyalty and advocacy.

    • Qualifications :

  • 2–4 years of experience in managing social media platforms for consumer brands (D2C, lifestyle, or beauty preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in driving follower growth and engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and viral content mechanics.
  • Proficiency in content creation – video shooting, editing, and copywriting.
  • Data-driven with experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Analytics, or other social media management platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Good at Content Planning & Strategy , Creative Briefing & Execution , Brand Understanding &Alignment
