We’re on the lookout for a  Social Media Manager  to join us at  Felicity Adobe , a fast-growing real estate company with a sharp eye for great design and meaningful spaces.

This is not just a content-posting role — we’re looking for someone who can  own our social media presence end-to-end . If you're someone who thinks strategically, understands the power of storytelling, and loves bringing ideas to life with designers, this might be a perfect fit.

What you'll be doing :

  • Build and lead our  social media strategy  across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan & execute  brand and campaign content  with our in-house creative team.
  • Coordinate closely with design and sales to sync online efforts with property launches, events & brand campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, track performance, and share  actionable insights  — we love data-backed creativity.
  • Engage with our audience, and make sure our digital presence reflects the spirit of Felicity Adobe.

What we’re looking for :

  • 3+ years of hands-on social media experience (real estate / agency / startup background preferred)
  • A good mix of  strategic thinking  +  creative instinct
  • Comfortable owning the process — from planning to posting to performance tracking
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (Bonus if you’re good with paid ads & reels)
  • Team player with  great communication skills

    • 🛠 Technical Skills & Tools :

    We don’t expect you to know everything, but familiarity with the following is important :

  • Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager  (for scheduling + basic ad campaign management)
  • Google Analytics  or Google ads similar for web / social traffic analysis
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager  (for paid content targeting and reporting)
  • Content planning tools  like Notion, Trello, or similar
  • Understanding of  Instagram Reels, Stories, and content trends
  • Bonus : Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) — not mandatory, but helpful
