About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Warehousing to join our consulting team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, particularly within complex data environments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of data architecture, and the ability to translate intricate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. While not mandatory, prior experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Elicitation & Analysis :

• Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business stakeholders (including executive leadership, operational teams, and end-users) to thoroughly understand and document complex business processes and data requirements for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Analyze existing data sources, systems, and reports to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for data integration and enhancement.
• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed, unambiguous, and testable functional and non-functional requirements.
