Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Quality Leadership
- Define and implement quality strategies, policies, and systems aligned with business goals.
- Establish and drive the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry standards.
- Lead audits – internal, customer, and third-party – and ensure successful certifications.
2. Process Quality & Manufacturing Support
Monitor quality at each stage of production – SMT, assembly, aging, calibration, burn-in, final inspection.Define critical quality parameters for LED modules and cabinets.Analyse and reduce defects (DPPM, FPY, rework / rejection %, etc.).Work closely with production and process teams to ensure line-side quality assurance.3. Incoming and Supplier Quality
Oversee IQC for LED chips, ICs, PCBs, drivers, mechanicals, and adhesives.Approve suppliers and monitor performance (SPC, 8D reports, PPM levels).Coordinate with sourcing for supplier audits and incoming material inspections.4. Customer Quality
Manage customer complaints and implement CAPA using tools like 8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, FMEA.Represent quality team in customer audits and visits.Ensure zero-defect delivery and develop traceability systems5. Team & System Development
Lead and mentor QA / QC engineers and inspectors.Implement digitized quality reporting systems (ERP / MES).Promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma principles.Key KPIs (Performance Indicators) :

B.E. / B.Tech – Electronics / Electrical / InstrumentationMinimum 10–15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably LED display or EMS.Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of LED display specs – brightness, pixel pitch, colour uniformity, dead pixel, etc.Hands-on experience with SMT line quality, soldering standards (IPC-A-610), AOI, SPI, X-Ray inspection.Use of quality tools – MSA, FMEA, SPC, 7QC tools, 8D, CAPA.Familiar with ESD safety, RoHS compliance, and IPC standards.Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
