Role Description

We are looking for a

full-time Operations Analyst

to join our

Certifications & Credentialing Department

at our Kochi office.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying and addressing inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about operational excellence in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will :

✅ Develop user manuals by analyzing internal portals and systems

✅ Review and reformat internal documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to ABE standards

✅ Create engaging PowerPoint presentations on ABE’s products and services

✅ Conduct online training sessions on internal systems for newly onboarded partner institutions

✅ Serve as the first line of operational support for institutional partners

✅ Assist the Operations Team in managing institutions and ensuring a smooth operational experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in any discipline
• Strong proficiency in MS Word – ability to draft and format complex documents
• Solid working knowledge of MS Excel for data organization and reporting
• Ability to design effective PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

Prior experience preferred, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply!

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday :

9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Saturday :

9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary :

INR 1.8 Lakhs – 3.0 Lakhs

Performance-based annual bonus
