We are currently looking for an experienced Store Keeper to join our team and oversee the storage, organization, and dispatch of dry food materials—specifically in a pasta or flour manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory operations efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inventory Management :
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory audits, and report stock movement accurately and promptly.
- Receiving & Inspection :
- Receive and verify incoming goods, inspect quality and quantity, and ensure items are stored correctly in designated areas.
- Issuing & Dispatching :
- Prepare and issue materials according to production requirements, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.).
- Record Keeping :
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions (receipts, issues, adjustments) using manual logs or ERP systems.
- Organization & Safety :
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards for food storage.
- Reporting :
- Generate daily / weekly stock reports and highlight discrepancies to management promptly.
Job Requirements :
