We are currently looking for an experienced
Store Keeper
to join our team and oversee the storage, organization, and dispatch of dry food materials—specifically in a
pasta or flour manufacturing environment .
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory operations efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Inventory Management :
Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory audits, and report stock movement accurately and promptly.
Receiving & Inspection :
Receive and verify incoming goods, inspect quality and quantity, and ensure items are stored correctly in designated areas.
Issuing & Dispatching :
Prepare and issue materials according to production requirements, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.).
Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate records of all transactions (receipts, issues, adjustments) using manual logs or ERP systems.
Organization & Safety :
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards for food storage.
Reporting :
Generate daily / weekly stock reports and highlight discrepancies to management promptly.
Job Requirements : Experience :
Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally within a
pasta, flour, or dry food manufacturing environment
Technical Skills :
Knowledge of ERP or inventory software systems is a plus
Location : Open to both
local hire and overseas candidates
Availability :
Immediate or within 1 month

2500 QAR + Accommodation
