About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Approvals & Coordination activities with various Delhi Government departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances while effectively liaising with multiple authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate approvals with departments such as PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other relevant government bodies .
Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and closure of approval processes in line with project requirements.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines.
Provide strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate internally with project, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and approvals.
Key Requirements
13+ years of relevant experience in handling approvals / liaising with Delhi Government departments.
Proven expertise in dealing with PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD , and other statutory bodies.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related approvals.
Note : Please do not consider candidates whose core experience is in land acquisition .
