SPECIFIC SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential Requirements for the role :

1. MSW, MBA or HR Post graduate degree or diploma with minimum of 5 years’ experience after PG

2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CSR fund raising , non-profits fund raising or working with non- profits which have obtained funding from governments

3. Resident of Bangalore or willing to relocate

4. Proposal writing , Presentation and liaisoning skills

5. Willing to travel to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune and other cities.

JOB Description

You, as Sr Engagement Manager, CSR / Non Profits / Governments would be the interlinking force between AddressHealth and CSR heads of companies, heads of leading non profits and government technocrats and bureaucrats. You will have to build a rapport with the key functionaries, impress them about AddressHealth’s professionalism and commitment and great value for money health services for school children. You will report to the CEO but work closely with Operations heads of each geography.

The following are the essential areas of work for the position :

A. Liaison :  To develop and maintain a professional relationship with CSR heads of companies, NGO heads and government bureaucrats and technocrats

B. Pitch :  To pitch ideas related to school health services & children’s health. Write proposals, prepare presentations, submit quotations / RFPs / tenders etc.

C. Engagement :  Attend meetings, follow up on phone / email etc till they sign up with AddressHealth. After signing up, follow up on deliverables, achievements, roadblocks faced by operations etc.

D. Marketing :  Attend Events, maintain presence on social media, shortlist potential partners

E. Product Design :  Create new or tweak existing Products / Templates for CSR fundable projects based on experiences gathered from implementation and interests expressed by partners

F. Travel :  Travel to meet potential business leads in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and other cities for 7- 10 days a quarter maybe required.

CTC & EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

CTC for this position will be around 80,000 pm plus variable pay payable of up to 20% on semi-annual / annual basis based on performance and new projects / partners brought in by the candidate. Work from home options for 3-4 days a week, flexible timings, no stress work environment and other work policies which help women work comfortably.
