Job Purpose

In the highly competitive telecom business, Technology is the key differentiator of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for FDD / BSC / RNC / TDD / MIMO / Small cell / MW / Dismantling / Reverse Logistics / Opex calculation / NSS rollout completion and consolidation in Networks.

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

• Coordinating with the Equipment Vendor, Circle SCM and other relevant teams for the timely delivery of the Equipment .
• Coordinating with all stake holders for creating the Project implementation plans and then ensuring timely Rollout of all the sites / technologies as per the plans
• Coordination with IP Relationship team to ensure timely RFAI for deployment
• Tracking the Rollout pace and making required resolutions, corrective actions / escalations as and when required
• Conduct Rollout Governance with all Stake holders periodically and maintain the integrity of Project MIS reports
• Fresh Inventory management, Utilization, Capitalization and PO Closure
• Vendor management & development
• Must handle MW Deployment, Traffic shifting.
• Hands on Experience on Huawei, ZTE , Ceagon MW.
• IP radio knowledge, Bandwidth provisioning for 2G, 3G and 4G, IP & Vlan Planning for 2G, 3G, 4G Network layers.
• Provide technical support to ground team during trouble shooting
• E2E TX Project management which includes – server visibility / SNOC handover / OnM AT and Traffic shifting

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

B-Tech Electrical / Electronics and Telecommunications or Computer Science Engineering with 3+ years of experience in the similar field
