Operations Manager [Immediate Start]

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end branch operations for an integrated diagnostics centre
• Responsible for all statutory compliances of Branch - Trade License, Medical Establishment Registration, AERB compliance, Safety Radiation protocols, PCPNDT ACT, State Medical Council Shops and Establishment Act, Labour Laws, Pollution control Board, Bio Medical Wastage compliance, Fire Safety etc.
• Lead a team of medical and non-medical professionals to deliver best quality customer experience. Train, motivate and monitor a large customer facing delivery team
• Managing Patient compliance feedback related issues and doing root cause analysis & corrective & preventive action for improving the patient services
• Responsible for maintenance of all legal documents and consent forms
• Internal audit readiness
• To track stock consumptions, availability and expiry.
• Responsible for cash management, branch petty cash expenses
• Accountable for compliance of all quality standards for their respective branches
• Coordination with different stake holders for smooth running of day to day operations
