Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Chief Branch Head. The Chief Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring the branch achieves its targets. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing compliance requirements, and creating strategies for business growth. The role involves coaching and mentoring team members to enhance productivity, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining high service standards to foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills to guide and develop branch staff effectively
• Strategic planning and business development expertise to drive branch growth
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities
• Knowledge of financial products, specifically insurance policies, and their regulations
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
• Proven experience in sales, operations management, or financial services
• Familiarity with industry trends and innovative tools, including digital platforms, is an added advantage
