Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Agra. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, providing information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities also include clerical duties such as maintaining records, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Clerical Skills, including organization and multitasking abilities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Positive and professional demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with guests
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office management software
• Prior experience in hospitality or similar roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;

additional education orcertifications in customer service or hospitality are advantageous
