Are you an expert in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits with a passion for designing impactful solutions for global organizations? We're looking for a highly skilled professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules.

What You'll Do :

Lead implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Global Benefits across large organizations.

Collaborate with clients to understand global benefits needs and design tailored solutions.

Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.

Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.

Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.

Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.

Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.

Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.

What You Bring :

Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.

Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.

Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Background :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications such as :

SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central)
