We are hiring a Management & Marketing Trainee for a full-time position at our forward-looking startup based in Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi . This is an intensive, hands-on role working directly with the founders across marketing, business development, global event strategy, and management operations.
The role begins with a structured foundation phase designed to build a deep understanding of our systems, followed by transition into a mid-level management role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the brand and expand partnerships.
- Support outreach to firms, professionals, sponsors, and collaborators globally.
- Conduct research and maintain databases of potential partners and clients.
- Manage communication and follow-ups across multiple business verticals.
Marketing & Communication
Plan and run campaigns across , email, and partner channels.Draft professional communication, marketing copy, and short outreach content.Assist in creating collateral, decks, and digital communication material.Track performance metrics, report insights, and suggest data-driven improvements.Event Marketing & Operations
Support the planning and promotion of international conferences and programs.Build and manage outreach lists for speakers, sponsors, and delegates.Prepare invites, briefs, and event page content; assist with post-event reporting.Coordinate with partners and speakers across time zones, ensuring smooth execution.Strategic & Founders’ Office Projects
Work directly with founders on special projects related to global growth.Contribute to strategic research, analysis, and process improvement.Support internal management, timelines, and operational tasks as needed.Ideal Candidate Profile
Recent graduate or early-career professional (any discipline).Excellent written and spoken English.Organized, analytical, and proactive.Comfortable with marketing, communication, and growth-oriented tasks.Eager to work in a founder-led, early-stage startup environment.Ready to take ownership and grow into a mid-level management role.
