This is a contract hybrid role for a Community Growth - Hindi position at Arré Voice. The role involves managing community engagement, communication, and customer service for the Hindi community. The role involves tasks such as developing growth strategies, implementing community engagement initiatives, analyzing data for insights, managing projects related to community expansion, and utilizing growth hacking techniques to drive user acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Creator mindset - ideally should be a creator on any social media platform. Experience with audio and podcasts is preferred.
• Analytical Skills, Project Management, and Growth Hacking abilities
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
