Our client is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced Sales Account Manager in India.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage key customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction and expansion of business
- Identify and converge new business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen IRP brand as a market leader in the European EV industry
- Master the company’s product portfolio, roadmap and technology. Optimize commercialization process and TTM
- Waterfall market needs to execution teams and ensure competitiveness at all stages.
Requirements :
Academic business degree or a related field in Electronics- must haveEngineering background- must have5+ years of experience in sales / account management.Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or electrification industry.Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systemsDemonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W / 3W / 4W industry.Understanding of 2W, 3W and 4W (e-LCV) markets in India, with a focus on motor controllers.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive.Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills.Fluency in English and local languages as applicable.Willingness to travel frequently.Please let me know if you have any questions or require additional information.
