We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is passionate about the social sector, empathetic, and driven to scale DaanVeda 10x in the next year. This is a chance to lead a team and drive revenue growth for a cause that matters .
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales professionals across the sales funnel
- Recruit, onboard, and train 3-4 additional sales team members in the next 12 months
- Establish performance metrics, quotas, and accountability frameworks
- Conduct regular 1 : 1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
- Foster a high-performance sales culture aligned with nonprofit missions
Revenue Generation & Deal Execution
Personally manage and close high-value prospects and strategic accountsOwn revenue targets and drive the team toward 10x growth in 1 yearMaintain a personal pipeline while ensuring team pipeline health and velocitySales Process & Operations Management
Oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closed-wonRefine and scale lead generation processesImplement sales methodologies, playbooks, and best practicesEnsure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reportingStrategic Sales Development
Develop outbound prospecting strategies across nonprofit segmentsRepresent DaanVeda at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in sales managementProven track record of building and scaling high-growth sales teamsDeep understanding of nonprofit sector challenges, funding landscape, and decision-making processesExpertise in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and CRM systemsExceptional coaching, mentoring, and communication skillsExperience presenting to C-suite executives and nonprofit leadershipOther Details :
