Role Overview

We are seeking a highly versatile Full Stack Developer with expertise in building modern, scalable, and AI-powered applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of projects - from conceptualization and architecture to development, deployment, and optimization. You will work across multiple domains including React-based frontends, Node.js backends, & AI integrations

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development
Build and maintain responsive, scalable React.js applications with TypeScript integration.
Backend Development
Design and implement REST APIs and microservices with Node.js and Express.
Develop scalable MongoDB schemas.
Other Contributions
Optimize React build times and project structures.
Develop internal tools for progress tracking, scoring, and gamification (badges, leaderboards, completion steps).
Document logic, APIs, schemas, and workflows for smooth handovers.

Key Skills & Tools

Frontend : React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion

Backend : Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

GenAI : Exposure to api connections and limitations with Anthropic / OpenAI

Other : REST APIs, Git, Docker (basic), cloud integrations

Who You Are

A self-starter who takes ownership from idea to execution.

Comfortable working across multiple tech stacks and domains simultaneously .

Someone who enjoys experimenting with AI , pushing the limits of automation, and creating products that impact users.

Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
