Full Stack AI Developer

Job Description :

Selected persons day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Build Gen-AI video pipelines using Sora, Runway-ML, or diffusion models
• Integrate text-to-video workflows for HR use cases (onboarding, comms, learning)
• Develop and maintain backend logic using Node.js, JavaScript, and Python
• Create and optimize APIs for smooth frontend-backend integration
• Develop web platforms using PHP (Laravel / Core) and React / Next.js
• Manage internal tools for goal tracking, dashboards, and performance
• Deploy and manage apps on Azure, GCP, or AWS (Optional)
• Maintain docs, CI / CD pipelines (Docker), monitor uptime and security
• Collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams
• Write clean, efficient, reusable code following best practices
• Identify and troubleshoot backend performance issues
• Integrate and enhance the HR AI assistant using internal HRMS data (e.g., engagement, performance)
