Grow Your Staff is looking for a Digital Marketer for a US-based software development company. This is a full-time remote position.
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing professional with hands-on experience in link building, digital PR, and outreach for the US market..

CTC - 10-14 LPA
Location - Remote
Time - 5 : 30 pm- 2 : 30 am (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute link-building campaigns aligned with SEO and brand goals.
- Identify and outreach to high-authority websites, bloggers, and publishers to secure backlinks and guest post opportunities.
- Plan and manage digital PR campaigns targeting US audiences to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to produce link-worthy assets (blogs, infographics, data reports, etc.).
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Build and maintain a database of media contacts, journalists, and influencers in relevant industries.
- Monitor backlink quality, remove toxic links, and ensure alignment with Google’s guidelines.
- Research competitors’ link profiles and identify new outreach opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in link building and PR outreach, ideally for US or international markets.Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, domain authority, and off-page optimization.Excellent written communication and persuasive outreach skills.Familiarity with digital PR tools such as BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or Hunter.io.Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt campaigns based on data insights.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones.
