We are looking for Engineer – CAM Program CNC Milling to join our Tool Room department. The ideal should have hands-on experience in 5 axis machine operation in Makino or DMG, programing in power mill. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing CNC program for precision machining, ensuring high quality output, and collaborating with teammates to enhance the processes. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for precision engineering, we invite you to apply and contribute to our innovative projects.

Your responsibilities will be to :

CAM Programming

Daily shift planning and execution.

Electrode design.

VMC operations job setting-reference, ATC setting, ATLM Settings.

Work offset probing system.

Manual programming and editing.

QC Inspection

In process inspection of jobs.

Final inspection of finished job against 2D drawing.

Process follow up

Complete process follows up to meet the targets.

Machine maintenance

Daily maintenance

Attending basic breakdown & Repair.

Our requirements :

Qualification : Diploma or bachelor’s EEdegree in Tool & Die or Mechanical with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience from commercial tool room.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills .

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
