Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive (Entry Level) to support our recruitment and people operations.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in HR within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You’ll be involved in end-to-end hiring support—from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding—while learning how HR data and processes work in a growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & interviewers
- Maintain candidate databases and update the ATS
- Communicate interview details, feedback, and follow-ups
- Support pre-onboarding documentation and HRMS updates
- Assist in MIS reporting, recruitment analytics, and KPI tracking (hiring numbers, time-to-fill, etc.)
- Prepare weekly hiring status reports
- Ensure adherence to hiring SOPs and data protocols
- Help document workflows and evaluation forms
- Contribute to employer branding activities (events, social posts)
- Coordinate basic reference / background checks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year) in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fieldsInternship or coursework in HR / recruitment is a plusGood understanding of Excel / Google SheetsStrong communication and organisational skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learnComfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environmentPreferred Qualities
