Job descriptionLead the design vision across digital and social campaigns. Team up with copy and strategy to crack idea-first, platform-smart work. Guide and mentor junior art talent, helping them grow and get better. Ensure quality, consistency, and craft in everything that goes out the door. Use GenAI tools to bring speed, scale, and new creative possibilities into the mix. 5-7 years of experience in a creative or digital agency environment. A strong, versatile portfolio that shows off your design chops across formats. You're solid in Adobe Creative Suite; motion or video skills = big bonus. Comfortable working with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, GPT-4o, Veo 3, etc. A great design eye, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to lead great work.
