We ensure high-quality standards with certified gold, silver, and diamond jewellery. With three branches in Madurai, we are expanding to better serve our customers.

What you’ll do :

🛍️ Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, etc.)

📦 Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery

📈 Track performance metrics like impressions, CTR, conversions, and revenue to identify growth opportunities

🔍 Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility

🎯 Collaborate with the marketing team on ad campaigns, deals, and seasonal promotions

💬 Monitor customer reviews and ensure excellent service through quick issue resolution

📊 Prepare weekly / monthly reports on sales, traffic, and campaign performance

What we’re looking for :

• ️ 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management
• ️ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or similar platforms
• ️ Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and SEO optimization for listings
• ️ Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis
• ️ Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads , and marketplace promotions
• ️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce (additional certifications are a plus)
• ️ Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
