This role requires a comprehensive skill set covering :

1. D2C Website Management : Oversee daily website operations, product listings, pricing, and promotional execution.

2. Marketplace & Q-commerce Handling : Manage listings, inventory, and order fulfillment across Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms.

3. Cross-functional Coordination : Liaise with marketing, operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution.

4. Performance & Analytics : Track sales, campaign ROI, and platform metrics to drive growth and efficiency.

5. Customer & Service Excellence : Ensure superior customer experience, address escalations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
