About The Role :
As a Social Media Executive , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client requirements for social media — from strategy development to execution and performance tracking. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that drive brand engagement and growth.
This is a full-time, on-site role at The Marcom Avenue .
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content — both copy and creative.
- Conduct regular social media audits and competitor benchmarking.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Identify emerging trends and incorporate them into campaigns.
- Handle ORM (Online Reputation Management) for assigned brands.
- Mentor and guide junior team members when required.
