Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote the bank&aposs brand and reputation
• Manage all external communication channels including press releases, media relations, social media, and corporate website
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders
• Create and distribute engaging and informative content for various platforms
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide regular reports to senior management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
• Plan and execute events and campaigns to enhance the bank&aposs visibility and reputation
• Act as a spokesperson for the bank and handle all media inquiries and interviews
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential communication opportunities and risks
• Manage crisis communication and provide timely and effective responses to any issues that may arise

Education Qualifications

Graduation : Any graduation

Post Graduation : Any post-graduation

Experience : 5 - 10 years of experience
