Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at Prognosia Healthcare located in Gurgaon. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front office area, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, handling customer service inquiries, and performing receptionist duties. The role also involves maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the efficient operation of front office activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing the Front Office
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with clients and visitors
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
